Climate control

A constantly pleasant, feel-good climate inside the vehicle. Always well temperature-controlled and with top-level comfort on the road.

The THERMOTRONIC automatic climate control automatically ensures a constant feel-good climate in the cab, even in direct sunlight or in very high or very low outside temperatures. Here the temperature, the ventilation intensity and the air distribution is regulated via sensors according to the presettings and continuously adapted to the current conditions. The integral air dehumidification offers reliable protection against windows misting up.

All main functions are preset via the control element on the centre console; the selected settings are shown on the display and, with the corresponding appointments, on the touchscreen. An integral particulate filter helps to block out pollen and dust.

Sliding Step

The Sprinter puts passengers first, even when entering and exiting the van with a convenient sliding step. Makes entering your camper easier.

F.A.Q.

Yes all of North of 7 Camper Vans have a portable toilet and full shower.

There is a mix of free and paid camping areas.  There is a lot of crown land you can camp on for free.  When traveling you can use some businesses and public rest areas for free.

The difference between RV’s and camper vans is that RV’s tend to be larger, built from large trucks, buses or large van style vehicles.  Camper vans are smaller, simpler to drive, and more practical for everyday use.

Camper vans have the advantage of being small making them easy to drive and park.  Camper vans are usually cheaper than motorhomes on fuel, parts, ferry charges, tolls, and insurance. Camper vans also have a smaller environmental footprint than motorhomes.

At North of 7, we prefer diesel over gas as it is more efficient and delivers more power than gasoline.  Diesel engines are more durable when maintained properly, and out last gasoline engines by a significant margin.

North of 7 Camper Vans average 10-13 L/100km or 18-23 mpg (miles per gallon)

Yes, North of 7 Camper Vans come registered with the government as motorhomes.  This makes licensing, insuring and towing easier.
